Artist Statement:

“Photography is the ability to take objects from real space (our environment) and juxtapose them into framed space.” While this still rings true to me, I need to add part two. “And stay true to your vision.” Photography has been and will continue to be a journey. The photographs I take are not necessarily beautiful, but they are my “vision”. The way I see the world around me… it’s exciting to see objects ”From the Streets”, juxtaposed in an interesting way. Just as it is exciting to see natural multiple exposures while “Window Shopping”. And as my vision continues to grow I see the light and shadows…the forms and shapes of “Westfork” and “Landscapes”. I guess I’m lucky I have never had to photograph for a living…just for fun. I hope you enjoy these galleries. And any comments are always appreciated.
